That's your fault for expecting Landry to be anything more than a dumber, cajun, wanna-be Trump...but only on superficial shite...not things that would actually improve the state's economic standing. Better than JBE, for sure, simply because JBE's party views are awful, but hopefully just a one term "bridge" to a competent Republican governor.

As for Nungesser, his ONLY job is trying to bring outside tourism/events to Louisiana. When something like this happens, in a city already somewhat sketchy for tourist, on New Years Day...hours before a big football game....which is just a few weeks before the biggest football game, that is a big problem. The ding-dongs in charge of NOLA don't have the forethought to clean up the city in an effort to keep it as a destination city for big events. So for Nungesser to justify his political existence he has do something. Let's see if he does because the Nola morons are going to fight tooth and nail to make sure they can continue to drive the city to a point people stop wanting to visit.
