What a load of BS. No evidence. Claims nobody was in a popular store when it happened. Can't remember dates of when it occurred. This is our "Justice System"

I would love to know the demographics and party affiliation of this panel.

So what are Trump's next options

That woman is a lunatic. And a liar.

What evidence did they use to convict him of this sexual abuse?

"A federal appeals court on Monday upheld a $5 million verdict that E. Jean Carroll won against Donald Trump when a jury found the U.S. president-elect liable for sexually abusing and later defaming the former magazine columnist.
The decision was issued by a three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan."

2nd Circuit was never going to reverse.
Mind you, this is the federal case for the same alleged conduct that the State of NY case resulted.in the $83 million verdict (stemming from the "Get Trump Act"). THAT decision is still winding it's way through the appeal process.

Amazing something like this has to go to the Supreme Court to get corrected

and later defaming
This is what the verdict is for.

This is what they want you to think it is for.

I thought there were 2 cases. 5 million for sexually abusing. Then 83 million for defaming

The court was made up of 3 Democrats.... This was a political trial. Should have never been found liable, but civil courts are unpredictable. I doubt she ever gets paid.

Hearsay. It’s admissible in a civil proceeding and is NOT a conviction.

Hearsay is never admissible unless it falls under certain exceptions, or is no objected to.
You are correct that one is not "convicted" or found "guilty" in a civil proceeding. You are only "liable" or "not liable."

So you can have no evidence and can not remember dates and also say nobody was in a popular store when it happened and still Win a Civil Trial?

This is why no one respects the Court now. Obvious corruption.
