I dont understand what im missing here...

Is is because of the O-Line Departures and the Portal entries?

Anyone have a good reason why LSU is an underdog?

Bc this team wasn’t that good before the opt outs and transfers.

LSU is missing both starting tackles plus others and Baylor has 21/22 starters playing

They were a hell of a lot better than a middle of the pack big 12 team.

The OL is in shambles. We don't really have any tight ends, and two WR starters are not playing.

Missing both tackles is huge BUT good news is that Davis and Adams can prove their worth and hopefully them along with Mubenga and Chester can calm some uncertainty heading into next year. I very much am anticipating our new tackles

1) Baylor was one of the hotter teams at the end of the season (6-game winning streak) and aren't losing a ton to the draft or portal.

2) LSU will be playing without 3 starting OL including both OTs who were All-American and All-SEC.

3) LSU will be missing 3 of it's top 4 pass catchers in the game. Basically 1900 yds of passing offense will not be there, including your most consistent 3rd down targets.

Hope this helps

we were better than some think at Tackle, with both likely getting drafted and one going in the first round.

Where we were weak at was at Guard and Center. That's why we couldn't run.

DJ killed us on the OL. He got beat so much the guards had to try and help which puts pressure on the entire OL. Interior DL pressure is QB and RB worst nightmare.

Daniels seemed to be a miss more than a target.

Because we have a horrible track record with Kelly when we have ample time to prepare.

It's because the top half of the team is not playing

Daniels in the last game. He did have some third down conversions throughout the year. What did you watch?

LSU is playing with a 2nd string Oline and the starting line was poor.

LSU is bone thin at TE and WR and in the secondary.

The goal in this game should be- Nuss doesn't get hurt.

It’s a game between two 8-4 teams and one of the teams has almost its entire team player and the other has like half of its starters opting out…
