I think some people here were saying she needs to stay at RNC and begin sending emails to let RINOs know they are getting exactly $0 and zero support if they do the smallest bit of obstructing Trump.
Those messages should have already gone out. Maybe her withdrawal is part of that message. Who knows?

It would not surprise me to see Gaetz get this seat. I guess they could let him report to DC as a House member on the first day, he leaves, then they appoint him to the Senate for the second day. Long time rumor has been that he's going to run for governor, since DeSantis is in his last term. I think he could finish this senate term and run for governor and the dates would line up pretty well.
