BUT, he does not say MASS myocarditis was a small price. You can even tell from his argument that he thinks the myocarditis instance was rare and infrequent. So you can’t put that in quotations, that’s not his assertion.

Not if the two major powers in the world conspired together to create it.
And a bioweapon doesn’t necessarily have to kill everyone, just cripple them. It’s awfully convenient for the Chinese especially that Covid really only kills the elderly and they have a major population crisis with a disproportionately elderly population to worry about.
That said I’m a bit surprised that Xi Jinping hasn’t had Shi Zhengli executed for it, but he may think doing that is an admission of guilt.

The population is a huge problem there. You also don’t get to see inside the country much so we really don’t know how many Chinese died.

I lived there for three years, so I saw it. Plenty of Americans still live there (probably half a million or so), so yeah they lied about the death toll, but no way at least per capita it was higher than ours. They didn’t use Remdesivir or the ventilators like we did here, so way less people died “from Covid” there (per capita). Plus they’re not quite as fat as we are over here, but they’re definitely in the top 10 for obesity as well between all the MSG and new American fast food over there.
But yeah, bioweapons are pretty much the single most illegal thing in the entire world, but we’re developing them. So are the Chinese, Russians, Ukrainians, Iranians, and several other countries, often conspiring together. But under Nuremberg Code, developing bioweapons is an instant death penalty offense, and yet we’re still all doing it.
