He’s done a terrible job at running the post office and Musks big brained idea is privatizing the post office - which sounds terrible!

The postal service can't deliver the mail in metro Atlanta.
My neighbors and I often hand each other pieces of mail that were placed in the wrong boxes.
I had a parcel sit in the atlanta post office for 27 days.
Employees in the Marietta post office stole over a million dollars worth of checks and meds. DA wanted to prosecute but US said he couldn't, its a fed issue. Employees fined $100, nothing else.
Trucks sit for days on the road waiting to deliver their mail at the main Atlanta sorting facility. They go into the woods to use the bathroom.

It’s been all over Huntsville news about packages… intentionally left in the weather because of no storage room.
The USPS is a total waste of our money. We pay for them through taxes and then pay steadily rising never ending shipping costs. Our government drives the inflation and we pay on every end.
First thing to eliminate in my humble opinion.

Same thing happened in Huntsville and surrounding counties last Christmas. The regional post master blamed it on employee shortages.

Trump fired the last postmaster to hire this guy. It would be consistent if Trump fired him too.
EDIT: And you do know that the republicans Congress has made it almost impossible for the Post Office to operate at full speed.

The post offices are literally staffed by semiliterate thieves. It's time to rethink it completely. Nothing off the table, including closure.

hey mental midget, if they privatize it, the workers would receive their benefits depending on the parameters of how they structure the change.

But let’s pivot to how CRAPPY THE USPS has become!
and my Godfather was a Postmaster and super smart and hard working guy, one of the best men i’ve ever known!
but that’s the old school, now let’s do present day Gubment workers, they are 80%’ish self-entitled future Gestapo type of employees.” working for the State and not the people that pay for their livelihoods.
