If there is one improvement you want out of Coach Kelly next season, what would it be?

For me it's have the team better prepared.
The 3 open season losses and the Alabama game after 2 weeks off is an unpreparedness trend that needs to stop.

Seriously though the "team being better prepared" is a good one.
It keeps happening. They are either not prepared or not MOTIVATED to start the season and after a Bye week.
He has to get better at that.
He also has to inject some fricking FIRE and swag into this team. Its lifeless too often.

I don't see how sometimes they are prepared and other times they aren't. We weren't very talented at alot of positions and certain teams could expose our weaknesses. Zy not playing against usc hurt us. Dellinger not playing against Florida hurt us. Having really, slow(penn) at lb and a injured Perkins and poor tackling safetys against running qb teams A$M and Alabama hurt us. Not being prepared is completely overblown. Maybe out coached, out transfer portaled but the team was in every game but 1 this year.

Getting down 17-0 over and over again is not overblown.
To me it's now obvious that when you get down nearly every week and have to come back that the team and staff are ill prepared. They come in with a gameplan, it gets stuffed, they get down 17-0, throw the gameplan out the window and start playing with urgency.

Some pride from the players. I know that's getting tougher these days with transfers and money involved, but have some players that want to be here and fight for the brand. Not just a kid coming to get 8 more dollars a year.

WE need to build the defense back to Top 10 level. We would likely have been in the playoffs last year and this one if we had a defense in the 15-20 ppg range

Start putting more effort into pre-game preparation and inspiration than he does into post-game excuses and politicking.
