10 lbs ground meat
8 jars Cajun power chili starter
6 onions chopped and cooked till clear with meat
Chili powder to taste
Water or beef broth per the recipe on the jar.
Easy and delicious
We do a jar and 2 lbs of meat for 5 of us . Adjust on how thick you want it ..

I posted this a few years back. It’s got 7# of beef, so should get you there. You can always 1.5X it if you’ve got some heavy hitters showing up.

12# of meat is what I would scale a recipe to.
