Dj Pickett gets most of the attention but Aidan Anding is a stud at cb as well

The kid is a jaire Alexander clone. Super twitchy, great long speed and a natural playing the ball in the air. I think by the end of his freshmen year he will be a starter kid is too good to keep off the field

If Pickett and Anding can lock down the outside for 2026 & 2027, LSU's defense will be top 10-20 those years.

That requires stopping the run and getting pressure. Think we can do both?

Aside from Pickett, Aidan has the most impressive tape imo.

Watching him as an underclassman against Tre’dez in the dome was very impressive.

I assumed pickett and kade were gong go be the outside cbs, and anding hold down the 3rd nickel db spot. Does he project inside or outside? All I've seen is guy makes plays, and is a solid player all around.

We didn’t get the number one cornerback in the state of Louisiana three years in a row. And it showed!! This year we got the #1 cornerback in the nation and the #1 corner in the state. Almost made me tear up.

Yes. We have recruited the front 7 very well in the last 2 classes.

Anding will be matched up with Phillip Wright tonight right???

He’ll probably get Wright and Jabari Mack tonight. Should be a great matchup on the outside.

I went to Ruston High back in the 1980’s. Having a kid sign with LSU is a big deal for the hometown fans that follow big time college football. Kyle Williams sure thinks highly of Anding. That’s all I need to know. Everyone up there says he’s a humble and quality young man.

I don't think enough people realize how good this kid is going to be.

Yes, if you have 2 CB’s you can put on an island, ( that don’t need over the top help ) you can commit more people to the run more often depending on the offensive personnel.
