Is that rust? If that’s what you’re looking at it would not keep me from buying. F-150 with max tow hauls really well. I have a 2021 that pulls better than a 2003 F-250.

Ohio truck, so I'd definitely want to see the frame. That rust in the trailer hitch is a nothing burger most likely though. Assuming the previous owner was respectful and removed it when not towing that little bit of rust appears to be transfer from a rusted hitch or some very light surface rust.

Does it look like there’s a hole rusted through the receiver to anyone else, or just me?
Truck probably has a decent amount of rust on the frame if that is the case.

No way I’d buy a vehicle from a northern state that get their roads salted every snow event.
