I believe there was fraud, but I always thought he did more harm than good. This doesn't surprise me.

They've been trying to debunk geo-tracking since it came out. Except when police use it to find criminals or J6'ers. 20+ years ago geolocations it was not very accurate. Today it is very accurate and recorded.
After 2000 Mules, Google started offering people access to delete their geo-location histories.
