Why did I just find out about this in my 40's? It's so damn good but for some reason it was never a part of my family's thanksgiving dinner. I swear I can drink it right out of the bowl.

Why did you thinnk that package of giblets was in the turkey carcass every time you purchased a turkey?

My wife who is an excellent cook has no idea how to make gravy… If I want gravy I have to make it. Go figure

Do you put chopped egg in it? It must have chopped egg.

Not to question your judgement but to be a good cook I'd consider making gravy to be about 3rd grade in the progression of things.

My in-laws tossed the giblets out and made jar gravy.

I love giblet dressing. I just can’t make or or watch someone else make it and still eat it. It has to just show up on the table without any discussion.

I'm not eating the giblet of anything.

Small town by our Lakehouse has a drive thru fried gizzard place. Always has cars in line, too.

They're good if you parboil them first.
