Grip size does matter! I have been experimenting with different size grips for about a year and I think I have found the right size. I do not want to speak too soon, but the 2 rounds I have played with the new grips have take major strokes off of my rounds and I have broken 90 twice in the last two rounds.

I have broken 90 before a couple of times but I wasn't as consistent as I am hitting my clubs right now.

I use medium, but have a layer of duct tape under the 2 sided. So mine are between a medium and oversized.

I do my own grips

I have a set of Golf Pride CP2 Pro Performance Midsize grips I will be putting on my clubs tonight. May try a extra layer of tape. I hope I will get to try Friday morning.

SAPLIZE from Amazon. 39 for 13, if you ask me as good as your pride +4 at 1/4 the price.

I switched a few months ago to the JumboMax UltraLite (XL) +3/8.
Have them on all my clubs now including driver and fairway woods.
I was getting wristy at contact and these solved my problems.
I’ll never go back.

Mid sized +4 or less taper for me.
It’s an absolute game changer

I have never hit my 3 wood more consistent than with the new grips.

It's not ideal, but I like to be able to use my hands in my golf swing. I have a larger palm and really short fingers, so it's hard for me to close the club face sometimes even with standard size grips.

I went down to undersized grips recently, and I feel like I have a lot more control over the club face. Especially with driver.

I like Golf Pride Z-Grips, mostly for the texture, but also because they seem slightly undersized compared to other grips. I feel like I can release the club better.
