Possibly. While I’m fairly sure he was a plant I’m willing to be open minded until we get the list.

You guys need to think bigger picture. You don’t want Epps, want the ones who gave them orders. Epps is just a cutout in the chain, since he’s already been prosecuted I doubt much can be done there.

They prosecuted him on a misdemeanor already. Double Jeopardy has attached which prevents another case being brought against him. He got away with it.

They gave him that complete fraudulent slap on the wrist so that a Trump DOJ can’t touch him. He’ll claim double jeopatdy.

I'm thinking all aspects of J6 will be investigated by the new DOJ. They will have a long "to do list".

Actually great news. Bring Epps in, put him under oath. he can't take the 5th because he had immunity. If he will not talk you got him for obstruction of justice, li he talks and lies you got him for perjur.
