Those weapons were dismantled for nuclear fuel or given the Russians. They weren't put into some warehouse for storage.

We should give Ukraine nukes. They had nukes, and gave them up for promises from us, Russia and others that their sovereignty would be protected. If we are going to renege on that, as Russia has, we should arm them with nukes.
