In Shea’s defense, what’s he supposed to say when Underwood is posting images on social about turning down the money from Michigan? He also speaks to the kid regularly and was probably lied to like everyone else.

Shea has a tough gig. We will be insanely lucky to hold on to any of our top commits at this point. We blew it on the field. Not Shea’s fault but he has to start being more realistic. You could see this a mile away.

LSU insiders are typically the last to know anything. This one was definitely a blindside though as I thought he and his family were actually moving to BR. Can't really blame him for taking that kind of money. Obviously LSU didn't want to match it or pay more. Good luck finding a QB for LSU next year now.

He’s a recruiting insider. He shouldn’t be going off of social media posts. Shea has been saying that LSU would match whatever Michigan were to offer. He was obviously wrong.

Faith reporting has been Sheas schtick for a couple of cycles now. It's not working out for him. He's a good human but a terrible insider. Been that way for a while now. On3/LSU will and should lose a ton of subscribers. They're a joke.
