Democrats unable to see the individual

This is kind of a “well duh” post. But I’m working on an overarching theory on the democrats failure.
I’ve boiled it down to the left’s inability to see people as individuals (pure identity politics) vs a faceless product of a demographic group.
Examples so far:
Illegal immigrants vs All Hispanics
All white people are evil
All males are toxic (the patriarchy)
All females are oppressed
Terrorist sponsoring countries vs “Muslim ban”
It has led them to their current confusion of how anyone could vote for Trump. Especially women, blacks, and hispanics.

We were getting closer and closer to MLKJ's vision of "content of character, not color of skin" until the left went full left and made everything about gender and skin color

It’s fascinating to hear them talk in circles about identity.

Individual liberties are not even on their radar.
It's all about herding people into groups and group think. This is why the First Lady found it perfectly okay to compare Hispanics to tacos.

You are correct but I think ultimately why people are turned off by Dems is because they are using the identity politics to gain power at the detriment of the country.
It’s a means to an end and the end doesn’t benefit anyone but Democrat leadership and their corporate cronies.

The identity groups are then placed in an oppressor and victim column.
Any interactions between the two are not judged beyond the group identity. There is no switching columns allowed for the individuals no matter the circumstances.
This is why they celebrate criminals. This is why they punish heros. This is why Kamala’s detractors aren’t anything but racist and sexist.
The right judges individuals on merit and they can’t even comprehend that. I’m not sure they can ever fix their death spiral.
