Biden's (Deep State) ploy to get Trump to violate the Logan's Act

Trump can stop this war immediately, but the Logan's Act restricts his ability to negotiate with foreign leaders. Is this latest attempt of DS madness a ploy to goad Trump into violating it?

He isn't that dumb. He knows exactly what is going on. I'm sure he's talked to Putin and Zelensky though and was very careful to lay everything out without violating it. You can clearly see who is willing to listen to him and who isn't. Ukraine is going to lose their arse after Jan 20th.

Biden loves the Logan Act. Brought it up against Mike Flynn in 2015 when Trump was the President-elect.

Could Trump just release a public statement saying something like "my incoming administration will recognize the current positions in regards to future negotiations. NO MORE WAR! Escalation and advances will not be honoured"
