I woke up pissed. Even I am now doubting Kelly

I mean how do we go and lose this game. This team has not improved through the course of the season at all. We cannot find ways to get the ball in playmakers hands. It’s like we have no idea what to do. We have no identity. The defense I am embarrassed for. This is a come to Jesus moment for the tigers. I don’t think we get rid of Kelly but come on we gotta do better. He has to get a new OC. I know but Bruce loves him. I don’t give a f.

I have supported BK and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, particularly due to the mess he inherited. Can't use that as an excuse in year 3 when the portal is available.
He played for the SEC championship in year 1 and has regressed ever since. With JD's Heisman season last year we should have been competing for a natty but for the horrid defense.
This year, we are horrible in all phases of the game. Inexcusable for a guy making $10 million.
That said, regardless of how LSU finishes this season, he will have at least one more year, IMO. If LSU tanks in 2025, he needs to go, buyout or not. I think TAF can come up with the cash.

I feel the same. This season is a disappointment on the coaching front. It’s great to have a lot of yards and win time of possession, but you have to get in the end zone. Explosiveness helps. You are not explosive when your tight end is your best receiver! I hope they don’t lose this recruiting class! Time will tell. I haven’t lost hope yet.

That’s the thing is he really this bad? It’s like I think he is a good coach but this crap keeps happening.
I think a mobile qb could really help this team and could we tell Nuss to step forward a little. He honestly takes two big steps back every time after he plants. Also can he stop trying to do this reverse spin move out of the pocket he simply is not athletic enough to do that. It’s exactly what Trevor Lawrence was doing with the jags. They are too big and slow to do that.

I see the lack of improvement being due to the team not evolving through the season as the team grows.

He’s getting, at minimum, 2 more years. $50M is a LOT of money to flush. And that is just on one coach. TAF will have to buyout the staff, then commit money to a new HC and staff. Of course, LSU fans will again demand a big hire while living in some sort of fantasy land where they think a high demand HC will accept a low ball contract.
Like it or not, Woodward went “all in” on the Kelly hire. That wasn’t a “let’s see how things go and reevaluate after few years hire”. It was a “this is our guy for 6, 7, 8 years (unless he decides to leave early) hire.”

If you read my post I agree 100% and I wouldn't call myself a Kelly sympathizer but Holy crap there is no excuse losing to this dog water Florida team
