Why in the hell do they keep putting these stupid segments that talk about kids getting killed on game day? I fricking hate these segments. It’s supposed to be a great day and these mother frickers want tot elk the saddest stories ever on here.

Well, it made the wife leave the kitchen.,,

I agree, that's when I change the channel.

My wife is over on the couch crying so I got to deal with that shite.
It’s just annoying as frick. Just focus on the games. Tom Ronaldi is the issue

This one was weird. Dude loses two kids on a traffic accident. Fast-forward, he's instantly remarried and dressing up like Darth Vader. No mention of his devastated wife who was the driver in the accident or the child who survived.

What’s wrong with it? Yes it’s sad, but it’s to honor the things that make the sport so great which is The fans who spend their day off work spending money for tickets and tailgating for their favorite teams. Something that bonds relationships.

That's even worse. Tell her to get her arse back in there!

Now we have another one. Just switched to Big Noon Kickoff.

What’s wrong with it is I tune in to watch football for it to be upbeat, not to listen to the story of a random Iowa state fan who lost his kids years ago

shite sucks man, rather watch sec nation and big noon. Nobody wants to watch that shite

Nothing gets me hyped up for college football like seeing a kid with eye cancer.

Exactly…how can you get ready for a great day of football without hearing stories of kids dying.

His ex-wife, Heather was in the segment along with his current wife.
Posted on 11/16/24 at 10:02 am to lsu777
That is one of the reasons I don't watch at all anymore.
Posted on 11/16/24 at 10:19 am to lsu777
Why I turned it off. I know that shite happens in real life and I have been through some shite too. I tune into sports so I can forget about all that shite and take a break from life.

It’s for the female audience. They love that shite

To be fair, it happened several years ago. I’m thinking 15. Happened in my hometown. Really tragic obviously, but it’s not like they divorced and he remarried instantly. Although I’m assuming that would wreck about any marriage.

He's awful. If I see his face or hear his name, I change the channel.
"What if I told you..." Just stfu Tom

Jeremy Schaap used to do this shite on his radio show. Total buzz kill.
