Any book collectors (or rapists) here? Super rare book I found today

There was an estate sale today at a law office, the house estate sale is in a couple weeks.
I bought this book just because it looked interesting. I cannot find one on the internet. Even the ISBN number and LOC number get no matches. I did find the second edition, but not this first edition.

How often do you find vintage watches? I have been hunting like crazy around me but finding good stuff seems almost impossible. Estate Sale companies sell the jewelry lots to Large jewelry stores and they melt down all of the cool stuff for the gold. I'm looking for old Tissots, Longines, Hamiltons, Zodiaks, Omegas...etc. Didn't know if you might have a handle on some decently priced stuff.
