Growing up, some of my best memories were of sliding down the Indian Hills on cardboard while my parents got lubed up prior to kickoff. Since I live out of state now, I only make it back every few years for the Alabama game, and it’s wild to see how much has changed – like the fences around the hills with Lil’ Boosie on full blast. I was thrilled about the governor’s initiative to bring the live tiger back to the stadium, but seeing those fenced-off hills was a bit of a gut punch.

Then I got to thinking….maybe the university could find some revenue with this change. They could charge admission to the hills and hand out branded cardboard from sponsors with their face or logo on them. If this is something that could be put on the governor’s agenda, I think it would be a great way to restore another tradition and contribute to Coach Kelly’s buyout!

Just email Jeff Landry - He'll get some dirt from Florida dropped off for the Vandy game.

While we are at it, we should make the LSU team travel by train to all road games going forward just like when Huey was running the team

Probably ought to stop using facemasks as well

Sounds like an urgent and totally necessary request we should take directly to the governor.

The LSU Indian Mounds may be the oldest existing human structure in the world.

I'm just going to have to be okay with not allowing kids sliding down them.

GEAUX TIGERS!

Well, may be now after they demolished Kirby Smith.

lol!

I hated the idea too but it’s not Omar’s fault. I’d rather just let him loose outside the north gates. Our murder rate would probably go down a bit.

what's your point? I assume op is referring to people being allowed on the mounds.

...which is the reason it's now fenced off. I knew a girl who was a passenger in the Jeep that ran over the couple.
