I don’t trust this management team to draft great. Sure they’re good at finding diamonds in the rough. But top end team building? We need more focus or development

Yall are missing my point. Or maybe I’m not being clear. I’d love to have a great cooper flag. But I’d hate to watch 6 more years of poor team management leading mediocre performances wasting yet another superstar potential.

The shitty thing about the NBA is the stupid lottery so even if we were to tank and be the worst team in the league we still wouldn’t get the top pick to get Flagg with our shitty luck.

That's very true. The good news is that it's a strong draft even after Flagg. So a guy like Harper would be a franchise cornerstone even at pick 2 or 3. Ace Bailey, Egor Demon, Tre Johnson, Edgecombe, Traore also look like exciting franchise players at the top.

It kind of works out in our favor. You know they won’t seriously tank and players will return to make a run at the tenth seed. If we don’t make the play-in they have a legit shot at top 3.
