I started getting long bank stocks in the spring. Have sold part of the position and written out of the money calls on the rest.
Sold Amazon.
Any meaningful pullback and I''ll try and reload.

It rolled until it didn't. Remember the spring of 2020.

Well, COVID had something to do with 2020.

But, to answer your question. Hell no. Money is earning right now and like the other poster it’s going to grow for another 6-6 years for me.

I had already sold at like 192. Did not look back.

I will be holding a few 2x etf and I own a lot of dividend etfs that are covered calls of stocks.

I mainly sell calls and puts.

Trump presided over two 20%+ peak to trough bear markets during his presidency. No one seems to remember 2018 that was driven heavily by tariff concerns.

Will be interesting this time around as Trump is taking on a very expensive market.

I had some limit orders put in on some individual stocks and woke up Wednesday with several stocks being sold. Sold a few more through the week. Kept all my etfs and dividend stocks.

I’ll wait for the pull back and reinvest those profits…or use them to pay taxes more likely.

Depends on the stock.

If it's WAY up and there's a good deal out there you can sell a small fraction to get your initial investment back. Then the rest of it is effectively free and you can snag another bargain.

That stock market doesn't care about your politics graphic needs to be stickied in MT.

Some, but it's been a pretty big year, so I'm trying to hold off (on what might otherwise be sells) until January

What energy stocks did you own during those four years? Some sectors did well with Trump in office some did not.

I’ve been sitting on a lot of unrealized gains so I sold some stuff on Friday. Trimmed positions.

I'm currently heavily invested in Bitcoin and Bitcoin related derivatives and ETFs. No way I am selling any of it in the foreseeable future as Bitcoin is likely entering a significant growth cycle over the upcoming months.

I have other investments, but I like my dividend ETFs in my brokerage. Gotta give you major props on the heads up on BITO. It’s made me a lot of money this year.
