Trump is the first candidate in either party to win Louisiana with more than 60% of the vote since Reagan in 1984.

Trump is the first Republican to win Iberville and St James Parishes since 1972 and Tensas Parish since 1988.

Trump also increased his margin in Jefferson Parish in another example of Trump's growth in the suburbs and with working class hispanic and black voters.

Except that Landry sold his soul to get into the governor’s mansion without a runoff by engineering a deal that gave Cleo Fields a congressional seat in place of Garret Graves.

Interesting. We did our part up here. Bossier City voted 71% for Trump!

I’m in Iberville. Impressed it went red. Historically a lot of black dem votes. I guess like all blue parishes in Louisiana.

Dude, how many times does it have to be said that the fricking slimy cock sucking judge made them do it. Landry had to form another fricking minority district became they were forced by this damn judge.

This needs to be sent to the AG, to be included in the appeals court testimony opposing the forced minority district. Minortiy voting is changing and getting more red. You cant force them to stay on the plantation

Trump was also only 45 votes away from winning St Helena Parish who has voted Republican only two times in its entire history.

At least try to pretend you have a clue

This was done under JBE. By the time Landry was sworn in, he had to pick which Rep to sent to the shoers. Graves was so busy being a RINO, he forgot how one gets to DC in the first place

Graves cost Graves that seat. Landry just signed the paperwork

Landry did make a deal with Cleo, and Graves just made it easier to execute.

They could’ve beat the redistricting case if they wanted to.

He didn't engineer anything he ran against a democrat guy who had no chance of winning hence no runoff

Leave it to ebr to shite themselves again. Good thing it doesn't matter

That may be true, but it ain't because of the minority district.

A Republican was getting fricked regardless, and Graves just made it easy to choose who
