Dem registered folks are going to vote for Trump

All these projections are based on how voters are registered (R or D). But a much larger percentage of Dem registered people will vote Trump vs. Rep registered people vote Kamala.

As a registered Dem who voted for Trump (3 times now) I can confirm…

Not banking on this. Every election each side thinks there will be this big crossover vote and they always pretty much net each other out. We just need to win indies.

I'd really be surprised if you're right about that.
I think there were a significant number of Democrats who changed their registration to Republican to vote against Trump in the primaries. There effectively was no Democratic primary this year and in situations where that happens, the side without a primary usually sees a decline compared to the side who has a primary (happened with Trump supporters voting in the Dem primaries last election season since Trump was already the nominee).
An example of that is the guy who shot Trump in the ear. I seriously doubt he was really a Republican despite being registered as one.

You also have your pearl clutching Rs that will vote for Harris. Hopefully the D’s far outweigh the Rs and then you have your Indy’s…
