Countertop & Tile Contractors in Shreveport

Have a family member that is looking to get new countertops and redo the tile on her fireplace/mantle. Anyone have any good experience with specific contractors in the Shreveport area?

Sheppard's countertops in Benton is top notch, Snyder is good as well.

United Tile in Shreveport

I used united tile for countertops backsplash and tile for shower. They did good. No complaints

I've done business with both United and Sheppard's. Both are high quality, can't go wrong with either IMO. Full disclosure, I'm in the same business.

+1 for United. That's who we use to install our countertops. Probably used them 15 times now and don't think we've ever had a problem. They are not the cheapest but they have a great selection and quality work. We do tile in house but we've bought our tile from United numerous times because they have a really nice selection.
Whatever you do, do not use Custom Interiors in Benton. We have a few subs that have worked for them in the past and they are notorious for not paying their subs. Which is kind of scum of the earth type stuff.
