Can Trump revoke that with an executive order?
Would Congress and the Senate have to revoke it?
I fully expect Biden to try and stick us with all of these illegals.

It would have to be in legislation to be upheld and that won’t happen.

He would have to list them by name and other identifying which when undid Trump could use this master list to track them all down and deport.

I remember reading a while back that he would have to personally sign every amnesty/pardon. It couldn’t be done by a secretary or robo pen. It’s been a while. I might’ve even read that back when Odumbf*ck was president.
One way of potentially attacking it is for Congress (or really any group) to file suit and claim that Biden is too dementia riddled to sign any contract much less than a pardon. One must have the capacity to sign a contract or any legally binding document. Who in their right fricking mind is going to make the case that this fricking corrupt scumbag has any fricking capacity?
