---a classic matchup between 2 studs tonight. Scoot vs Jose...I find it amazing that I actually think the edge goes to Jose. Not sure what that sez...but pretty sure it's NOT a good thing for the "Scoot backers" we had around here...back when he was drafted.

Are you under the impression that Jose is going to start for us?

I'm "under the impression" that many thought he WOULD be a "stud"...back when he was drafted. Doubt many had Jose as a "stud" when he was drafted...and he's NOT. Just my attempt at a bit of humor...at Scoot's...and a few of our poster's... expense.

The starting 5 won't include Jose. It will probably be what it was with Theis in-place of JV.

Z, BI, CJ, Herb, Theis

He should.

Jose/
CJ/ Hawk
BI/ Herb/ JG
Zion/ JRE/ Karlo
Theis/ Missi

Jose/ CJ split PG duties.

Just a perfect opportunity to practice goin' "small ball"...against a truly horrible team. You're probably right...but I'd still luv to see how we'd react defensively...with our "small ball" lineup. I still think the Pels plan to MAINLY be a small ball team...in the not too distant future.

What the frick are y'all talking about. Theis started at Center even with Zion out at PF. He still should start at center, BI slides to SF.

Jose to start makes more sense than Herb.

Lets just bundle up all our players for 1 lineup so our bench can be arse.

Serious question:

Y'all would rather force CJ/ BI to handle PG duties instead of trying to keep the same game plan?

I'd rather

Jose/ CJ
CJ/ Hawk
BI/ Herb

Offensively, Zion is the PG.

Is he? You're counting on early season Zion to initiate the offense consistently? Our pace is fricked if that's the case.

Do we seriously think Willie is benching Herb

Do we seriously think he won’t default to like 50 games last year of Z/BI/CJ/Herb starting together vs 1 game this year

Come on man

What are you talking about? We have several years of sample size with Willie, we pretty much know what he is going to do.

While certainly anything is possible, anything other than:

CJ
Herb
BI
Zion
Theis

starting would be surprising
