This really ought to be a much bigger story.
The current administration used it's own DOJ and State Attorney Generals from their party to bring countless lawsuits against its chief political opponent. The vast majority of these cases have been tossed. In an absolutely stacked courtroom, they managed to get a verdict...which they have only used as a talking point. It is an absolute abuse of power.
Ironically, these same people warn that if Trump is elected he will persecute/prosecute his political enemies. The chutzpah is incredible.

And if Trump weren’t already rich they’d have bankrupted/forced most any other opponent to quit long before now, without having any merit behind their lawsuits and to date no consequences for bringing such suits.

And yet it's not. There is no retaliatory lawfare by Republicans. The media and the entrenched bureaucracy are not operating as if they're worried, or in fear.
Someone remind me, which of the swing states under Democratic control in the 2020 election, that are still under Democratic control, changed election rules concerning motor/voter laws, chain of custody or mail in voting?
