Even though I knew it was coming, it's a huge relief to see that it's a done deal. How often have fans been so optimistic after such a disappointing season. I'm starting to feel bipolar.

He is coming to play for LSU. He is going for another degree and get some eligibility. Oldest wide receiver to play college ball.

I've lived in Tennessee since 1997 and have heard very little criticism of Chavis since I've lived here. For the most part, he turned out very solid defensive teams.

I agree on the nice hire. I also live in TN and the thing that has kept UT in games the years Fulmer didn't have a solid offense was his Defense, which has always been strong. I like the hire.
Remember this guy did a pretty solid job of keeping us out of the endzone in the SECCG last year.
