Only $2,655 per square foot.
They were so nice to show the estimated monthly bill at around $100k.

My butler would appreciate the gesture

It has 7 full bathrooms but only 1 half bath. Trashy. Pass.

Just a small price to pay for a space without those we don’t speak of being around

Perhaps you saw a different listing from the one I just glimpsed at? It seems that there are 9 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.
Poor reading comprehension is definitely trashy though!

I’ve made a few offers on that property. Very nice home

For this low price, you too can be on the Truman Show

i prefer my little 292a doublewide hideaway. less traffic and a nicer class of folks.

These rent out for 8-10k a week.
It would take 52 years at $520,000 annually to pay off the 26,500,000

I've never shopped for a house in this price range, do they make you submit a personal financial statement or bank account balance before scheduling a showing?

Should be more than that. 4 poorish families could split that for 10k a week

Not worth anywhere close to the asking price
