I’m skeptical of it all. School board stuff is interesting but could just be proper protocol. Nothing else mentioned is really evidence at the moment and he’s not really validating when he sent this stuff in. Let’s see what comes of it today.

He's even doing it in a way to avoid validation.
He used the campaign "Contact Us" box and video captured himself sending it instead of sending an email, which he could post and validate the date/time sent easily. Why?

Thank you to the OP for putting all the links together.
My thoughts : Imo there is definitely some substance behind this. As a victim of molestation the teens letter and the things he says is almost like a molesters playbook.
However Black Insurrectist is also,imo, playing this for clicks and increasing the amount of people following him. This is just damaging the " October surprise "
Final thought: The CNN, msnbc, ect... won't give this one minute. They will just treat this like Hunters Laptop IF it even gets that far which I predict it won't.

This guy has plenty of evidence that will help coming later today. The replies and additional posts he made during the night last night reassert his convictions of his actions.

He's posted alleged, edited emails from the victim (which have evidence of being a hoax), weird videos of him sending things to the campaign "Contact Us" box, and confirmation that Tim Walz resigned from the teaching job after going on personal leave. That's about it.

It's likely to not get out of the echo chamber as an actual story, so it's just going to rally people who weren't voting for him anyway.
Also, Trump's way ahead of Kamala/Walz anyway. Fake (going by the paradigm of the quote above) news isn't going to help him.
