Watching the replay of the game, refs did a pretty damned solid job

May not like some of the calls, but they were spot on.

This crew was terrible. Completely unsure of their calls. Could not make basic calls without debating for 30 seconds.

They shouldn't have overturned the Thomas TD and they missed a blatant hold

They did get all the calls correct on the back end. But the initial flags and calls were putrid.

I can’t defend them one way or another but I am glad they made the correct call that there was not targeting by Weeks. That one call would have changed the outcome of the game last night. Weeks was a monster yesterday!

That block in the back on Lacey was exactly what bad refs do. He saw the guy on the ground, he didn’t see the foul because there was none but he assumed because of the acting job. Thats pitiful

The weeks call for me made up for a lot of the other misses. They actually looked at the spirit of the rule and how it’s intended rather than letter of the law

That one had me nervous, the rule is not very good and I’ve noticed with a lot of these types of penalties, even though the rules are different they call them like it’s the NFL. Glad they got that one right
