Had lunch at a place down the street. Still full.
Charbroiled chicken (best thing on their menu), baked potato, lima beans, Yeungling.
Restaurant is also a bakery so I took home a slice of Italian cream cake.

Omelette. Chives, goat cheese, roasted and peeled hatch green chili. Diced Fresno pepper on top

I saw today, that Nola Mia is parking their truck and opening their brick and mortar next week. Today was their last mobile day, at least for now. They sold out at Gabriel’s. :)

Yep. I’ve not employed that technique often, but it’s impressive and delicious.
