How much is the inability of people in flooded areas not being able to vote going to hurt Trump?

If it is Asheville, it will help.

NC was most likely NOT Trump land.

False

The rural counties outnumber Asheville. Plus Asheville will be sent resources the rural counties won’t get.

The only Lib areas in North Carolina are Asheville and Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill. The rest is solidly red. Up until about 20 years ago it was always solidly Republican.

Actually, Asheville is very liberal. It’s an Artsy area —-

Yea, and if they can’t vote because they are busy trying to get clean water and food, it will help Trump.

Still a month out, but at this point in time I'm sure voting is not on their radar screen.

“This is a crisis of epic proportion. I am shaken to my core. We simply must institute mail-in voting. In Asheville”

Most all of rural America is Trump land dude. Don’t be dumb. The state by state argument is dumb.

It's not like he carried the state in 2016 or 2020 or anything.

Be assured, most of the effort from the government is going to Asheville. The mountains are mostly taking care
of themselves.

Charlotte, like most urban areas, is blue. Same with the Triad (Winston Salem, Greensboro, High Point). Fayetteville trends blue as well due to a large black population.

The rural vote and suburban vote is just enough to carry federal elections, but Dems are gaining too much traction on the state level it would appear.

WTF, you win the dumbest comment of the day award. Trump has won NC twice and will win it a 3rd time. As someone who drives all over the state there are very few Harris Walz signs (even in cities) that are not put out by the DNC in big groupings. Few bumper stickers and few yard signs.

Not really the NC house and senate still are heavy R, even bordering super majority territory.

True…but on the other side of that coin, it could give Dems the excuse to “hold the voter count” until those people get to vote —— meanwhile, allowing crooked Dems to “find” votes that are needed to win
