If Hamas would just mind their own business this wouldn't happen.

The fact that there are so many cameras centered on these buildings waiting for them to get leveled proves Israel is giving the population ample warning before hand.

What I don’t understand is if they are warning beforehand, then why would Hamas stick around? Are they all deaf and blind?

Hamas doesn't have time to remove all the equipment they have stored at these locations, like the improve rockets they collect and fire from residential apartments.
I'd imagine the rockets that aim for Hamas leadership do not get warnings.

I was really thinking about that as I watched.
Like... Hmmmmm. interesting how there's so many of these that happen to be recording the exact spot the missiles are going to strike.

The speed of those projectiles alone, nws the explosives, is sobering.
And Hamas is "minding their business", as their version of Muhammad's/et al Religion is charged with destroying Israel/Jews. Or at the least, bringing them into the Islamic fold.
The Iranian Mullahs have a clear choice, either back down, or they will be unmercifully destroyed, piecemeal, by the day. And at some point, the Iranian populous will rebel and boot them out. They had best choose the former, and drop the Jihad thing.
