my favorite is also one that really hits me in the feels. Yondu's sacrifice to save Quill and the Ravager Funeral. the Cat Stevens song that plays makes me tear up every time.....not because it is a comics movie, but it really makes me reflect on my father and his poor health, and realizing that he wont be here much longer - and like Quill, it makes me reflect on how much of a hero he is to me, and i would not be 1/2 the man I am without him.
