If tweet fails to load, click here. I had forgotten that there was a 2nd bombing on the US Embassy in Beirut. The larger attack was April 1983, followed by the Marines barrack attack in October 1983.
The US Embassy moved operations to an annex in a different part of Beirut, which was then bombed again on September 20, 1984.
IDF killed one of the primary organizers on the 40th anniversary of that 2nd attack.

Good. Some measure of justice and closure for the U.S. Marine, Navy, Army personnel, and French Parachutists that died there at the hands of Ibrahim Aquil. Our government couldn’t or wouldn’t so thanks to the IDF.
