My trees are loaded, I’m sure the storm will knock many off the tree before they ripen, any ideas to salvage some

Pick them now. I personally find they're usually not terrible even green.

why? Just harvest the ones the storm knocks off



Depends on how close to being ripe they are. If nothing else you can juice them .
