WTF am I supposed with my PS5 controllers that are constantly becoming impaired?

This is bull shite. I constantly have to start another controller then restart the controller that all of a sudden become inpaired! wtf is happening and how do I fix this bullshite???

It literally happened for the 4th time as I posted this. The glow from controller light up red and is not functioning and I have to start another controller and restart this one
