Possibly last year in EPL it appears.
Before today, we conceded 7 to score none.
Hope springs eternal, and we were up 2 with 3 min plus stoppage. We lose the match. Liverpool might be set on fire today.

Out:
Onana (who is setting world on fire at Villa)
Maupay (thank goodness)
Gomes

In:
Lindstrom
Ndiaye
Harrison on loan again
Iroenbugnam (or however you spell it)
O Brian

We managed to hold onto Branthwaite, as we demanded $80mil.

New stadium will be complete soon, if we don’t go bankrupt first.
We have no owner.
Even Dyche can’t continue to work miracles.
Prayers appreciated.

What better way to christen Bramley-Moore Dock than as Championship winners.

We are doomed. 6 wasted points. Continually trotting out young and keane who are beyond worthless

I've been a Dyche supporter, or at least thinking he's the guy we need just to survive before new stadium, but he’s lost the fanbase there

We've dodged it the last 3 years but i cant see us surviving

DCL has scored twice but what are the chances of him staying healthy all year?

And so many hoping that the return of Coleman is what we need to salvage the defense- - a 35 year old whose missed half
The games combined in last 2 seasons ??

Branthwaite will be key to shoring up the defense. Not sure what O’Brian has done to piss off Dyche, but he’s not seeing the field.

RB is always an issue, not sure why it isn’t addressed.

I’m crazy, but I’m confident this week.
Result against Southampton at home Tuesday, Leicester Saturday. Good opportunity.

To address another poster, if Everton are relegated, the club will go into administration. YUGE financial blow for Liverpool (the city, not the club).

Ashley young, who is anything but young, misses the 6th kick in the shootout. Everton loses. We had two one on ones with the keeper which we didn’t score.

Bring on Leicester.

I've been mostly tuning Everton out due to the futility of it all, so nice to wake up to the (surprise to me) news that Friedkin was not only back in the hunt, but had reached a deal to buy the club.

Always seemed the best stability move for Everton to go with TFG - hopefully we can start turning it around on the field and make some moves in January.

This was a rare, pretty optimistic article for EFC on the situation going forward:

Agreed.
The past couple games have shown promise.
Getting brainthwaite back will be huge for us.

Once you get your colors, there’s no going back.

Thank you Joe Max Moore, Tim Howard, and Brian McBride.

Magical run.
New owners as well.
Things looking up.

Was there against Wolves a couple weeks ago. 4 goals!

Dyche sacked as of this morning.

I knew Everton weren’t doing great, but I figured he was at least getting them through this turbulent period. Or is this just the new owners flexing their muscles?

Would be pretty cool to see Moyes back at Goodison before the move.
