I wanted to hate on Shedeur Sanders.

But this kid is the real deal. Poised. Makes all the right choices. Great arm. Allusive.
I’ll put the Deion hate aside. His kid is a great QB.
Too bad their defense blows guys.

He's got plenty of talent.
But like I said in the other thread, let's not Colorado vs TCU 2.0 this game. NDSU might be elite amongst the FCS, but FCS they are.

I agree. He’s a good player.

He's good, but Deion coaches only to get him stats, not to win.

Yup. I don’t care if this is NDSt. He’s got the “it” factor.

He is pretty good, but he isn’t that elusive against elite talent. He is gonna have to process and not play off script so much. But some of that is out of necessity right now.
Biggest reason I wouldn’t touch him if I was an nfl team is because of his dad.
If he starts to do poorly, Deion would have no qualms opening his mouth saying that shedeur would do better under him. Depending on the organization, it could be a major fricking problem for the head coach.

He’s the kind of QB you want in the NFL. You want a guy who produces in non-ideal circumstances. You don’t want quarterbacks who have every advantage handed to them. You need guys who elevate and overcome.

He is the only great sanders left in their current occupations

What does this mean. You think they have the horses to play smash mouth football?

Is this a new metric?

Looks like he could have went anywhere. Would he be a starter at the schools that offered him?

He was great last year, the rest of the team just fell apart. He's a first rounder for sure

I’m a hater but I tend see him have pretty good processing

I won’t argue this.
But watch him play. It’s like the game is in slow motion.
Burrow had that same vibe his last year with LSU. Seemed so effortless.

He has all the tools. His oline is awful and ND st is going keep pounding the ball.
Posted on 8/29/24 at 8:40 pm to Mouth
Trying to get him stats? I mean what are they gonna do run the ball? They tried that. Him “getting stats” is the only way they can win a ball game against anyone so I don’t get what your saying.

Not a criticism, just saying he will need to get the ball out sooner. He is holding it 4-5 seconds

He’s clearly had top notch coaching his entire life. I think he’s a good college QB and has a chance to be decent in the NFL
I just think he is a jackass off the field and I don’t think I’d want someone like that to be the face of my franchise. Just a personal opinion though
