I’d be pretty excited about that. Chester’s voice was so unique I don’t think it would work getting someone doing a Chester impression. Halestorm has some good stuff. Glad the guys are ready to move on.

Not sure how I'd feel about that even with Lizzy Hale. She does tend to over sing live as talented as she is. Maybe wouldn't do as much in a cover situation.
However can't blame the other members - the $$$ from that tour would probably be life-changing for them. So many 20 year reunion tours from that era doing very well.

So its happening this afternoon at 5 central apparently.
They invited a number of people from the fan club, but they've had to sign waivers and agree to be transported to wherever the event is.
IMO, its not Linkin without Chester and they should have just let it die...

Why not? It’s not like this has never happened before.
As long as they get someone that brings something to the vocals, why can’t they be successful? I’d rather that than someone just trying to do a Chester impression.

Not a fan. It was going to be near impossible to “replace” Chester. Shes no where near Chester’s voice.

If they were going to attempt to, it should have been Whilbly from Sum 41... He performed with them once and killed it.
