Vegas ticket downloading problem….

Anyone else having an issue….. I can acess my tickets but I can’t download them to my apple wallet

Same problem for me. I contacted Ticketmaster and they said don’t worry about it, use the tickets in their app and they will work.

Until the service sucks trying to get into the stadium with everyone trying to access their tickets b/c they aren’t saved. Happened to me at the 2019 championship. I had to get out of line and walk to Claiborne to get enough signal to download my ticket.

Thank Ticketmaster. The venue decides which ticket company will be used, and for big venues there is no real alternative.

I was able to download mine from the raiders app. I think I saw you can still use them from the app if you can't download though.

You are doing something wrong. Everyone in my group had their tickets in their apple wallet within 2 minutes of getting the email with instructions. Call the ticket office and have them walk you through it, boomer

Ticketmaster absolutely sucks for this. The website will direct you to use your mobile and then the mobile app simply will not log in.
The workaround is to go to the BROWSER on your mobile and log in there. You should be able to access everything then.
It's amazing how shitpoke Ticketmaster is at this late date. It's always at least a little bit of worry - especially if you are buying tix the day of the game - possibly even at the venue.

there was a big thread about this weeks ago
you have to go to Las vegas ticketmaster site and you should be able to use your same ticketmaster login and you can download them to apple wallet

I went to LSU and they said that some tickets are not downloading for some reason …. They are trying to figure it out….

Today LSU told me that there is a computer glitch….hope they can figure this out before next Sunday….Airline/ hotel paid for…tickets are paid for to but where are they Scott

I was having the same issue. I was able to download the tickets into my apple wallet from the Raiders App.

You have to get them through a Ticketmaster account, not through LSU. I haven’t quite figured it out yet but there is still time. I am not giving up hope.

Ticketmaster is not the problem….i cannot download my tickets from the raiders app… it says my tickets have not been activated…LSU has reached out to the raiders to try and solve this computer glitch…they are the problem
