Donald Trump is the best president an worst public speaker in U.S. history. He has all of the issues on his side in this election but rather than emphasize them, they get lost in a smorgasboard of irrelevant rants.

I was referring to Biden being the worst speaking President ever since that was partly the subject. Trump is one of the best speaking President's ever because he speaks without a teleprompter like all of the other Presidents.
