Anyone used them? I’ve read some reviews that they are slow AF but they’re the only ones I can find that have the cans I want in stock. Anyone have first hand experience?

I used them once to buy a non-NFA item (a piston for a suppressor) because they were literally the only site that showed inventory. After I placed the order, I received an email & link that stated I had to fill out all the NFA paperwork for my order to be processed. I called their customer service, explained to them I wasn't buying a NFA item so I wasn't giving them all my information. They told me their site couldn't distinguish between NFA items and non-NFA items and that I'd need to fill out the paperwork regardless. They then informed me the item I ordered was not in stock and that was another "website error". Asked for a refund (roughly 2 hours after the order was placed) and they told me it'd be 60 days before I'd receive a refund. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and those frickers fought the dispute. Took 73 days to get my money back

TLDR: Don't buy from those frickers. Silencer Central is garbage

SilencerShop is the answer you seek.

Edit..
Call them if it’s showing on backorder and they will tell you how many are coming in and where you are in line. They will also process the order by phone.

Not sure what you are looking for but recently bought a can from Capitol Armory. Great to work with and approval in 7 days. They ship to you.

I concur with Roll Tide on the use of Silencer Shop. I just used them for purchase of a "can".

Seamless. From order to purchase in hand was about 2.5 weeks.

I bought a Banish 45 and got a free 22 can for them on December 15, 2023. I went the trust route. Quickly received my fingerprint kit and forms. April 2024, I called to ask about the status and found out they had the wrong email address for me. shite happens.
So we get everything got sorted out and submitted in June. Waiting on the ATF.

I love SS, used them before. They just haven't had what i wanted in stock for what seams like forever. I'm going to call them and see if they have any idea when they will get them.

I think y'all talked me out of giving SC a shot.

Off topic, how do you like that? I'd like a 45 but wouldn't use it for that much and that looks like a pretty versatile piece that i could use for other setups with the swappable pistons.

Call/email your LGS that are "powered by Silencer Shop" and see if they have the Sandman S in stock. If they do, they can use the SS kiosk to run everything through.

I have this one. Bought through Silencer Shop a few years ago. It's a good can and it's bullet proof.

But it is heavy as shite.

It works well but I have others I much prefer.

What are you wanting to use it for. In April I bought a Spectre Cat White Bread. They are making some great silencers. If you need a 30 cal, look at their stuff. They're 3D printed and depending on what you are getting very light. My WB is titanium and it's 6 oz. It's on my AR and the same AR used to wear the Sandman. The WB is quieter.

ETA: I bought the WB through Silencer shop as well and just bought another .22 can. They both took right at 2.5 weeks from buying to approval.

Hog hunting on my 300 for close range. So it being heavy isn't a great thing for me. I do love how reliable they are though. I would much prefer something that isn't direct thread so i can run with or without. Any that you like for that?

Also looking for a couple 5.56 ones to run on some plinkers that the kids shoot.

They're updating their .22 (Short Round) and doing a limited run in December/January. Going to try to snag one. Their cans are impressive

Look at the Spectre Cat ODB. Titanium is 10.7oz with QD.
They have QD and direct thread/hub.

For 5.56, If it were me, I'd buy another WB, without question.

My first experience with them was good but this last one has been atrocious. It appears they outgrew their customer service. I will NEVER use them again.
