Men's 3x3 basketball

Could have found 4 better players at LSU rec center. These guys can't shoot.

What was the selection process?
I know they can’t really use college or nba players. But how did they do selection?

They have to compete in FIBA 3x3 and gain ranking points, that's why it's seemingly the bottom of the barrel players for the men.
Why would anyone choose 3x3 over the G League? Or why would they play 3x3 in the offseason basically for free?

Have to assume the winners of that could go be a cohesive team in this event.

You have to qualify through FIBA and play in enough qualifiers to play.
NBA players aren't going to suddenly move to FIBA and the Euros have professional 3x3 teams. I think we could have one hell of a squad with some 5 star recruits though

The Big 3 league is full of washed up 40 year olds that played in the NBA in the early 2000s. They would get smoked by the Euro sqauds.
Plus, I don't think it qualifies for FIBA points
