Check out Wheat Belly / Super Gut & The Unholy Trinity .

The big food corporations bribed our govt and have been poisoning us for decades.

Recently started following these 3, and giving up wheat:

2 slices of whole wheat bread has more glucose than a snickers bar.

Our ancestors fasted all the time between successful hunts and our bodies are evolved for it.

Modern wheat is a Frankenstein DNA altered monster species.

Also people eating fermented foods kept their micro-biome full of good healthy bacteria. This going by the wayside along with modern medicine over-use of antibiotics has made a mess out of 80% of everyone’s micro-biome and is the source cause of a shite-load of varying medical problems including dementia.

Commercial pro-biotic yogurts are a joke.

Emulsifiers in ice cream and peanut butter break down the mucus lining in your intestines and let the bad bacteria from SIBO leak into your blood stream.

Check out the bad bacteria elimination regimen in SuperGut, and the home made super probiotic yogurt recipes in Super Gut pp. 232-240. Made using an insta-pot or sous vide boosting the potency of pro-biotics from a few 100 million CFU to many billions so it actually is sufficient to make a difference in your micro-biome.

I never liked yogurt but it’s only 1/2 cup a day and I make a shake out of it with fruit and chocolate healthy ice cream (rebel brand) and it masks the tangy yogurt taste pretty good.

I quit eating grains & peanut butter a few months ago, and feel much better. I used to eat PP&J, on high fiber bread, for lunch every day for years...or Apples/ Bananas and peanut butter.

I substituted peanut butter for almond/ cashew butter, and noticed a big difference.

Our government has their hand in the farmlands big time. Anything getting farmed is very "sus." Government has been trying to steer people away from meats and into more farmed foods. They're definitely messing with the product.

Side note: I tried the Rebel ice cream, but I think the Erythritol was causing some bloating. I try not eating anything that ends in "-ol."

Erythritol doesn't seem to bother me that bad. It gives my son the absolute explosive squirts, though.

What does that mean? Humans have been eating wheat for a long time. Are you saying all of our bread is genetically altered?

Cutting carbs while staying in a caloric deficit helped me get to my goal weight. It was an easy diet. It worked for me. Now that I know how to take care of myself through CICO, exercising, and food tracking, I don't feel bad in the slightest for eating some pasta or other carbs.

I do try to stay away from vegetable oils as much as I can. Not because of what a book told me but me seeing with my own eyes the process of creating as I've done reno work in some oil plants. Nope for me dawg.

We can only hope. Sadly, I fear el Gaucho has given us all the Gurt knowledge he has to give, it is on us to go forth and be bold with how we use that knowledge now.

Wait to see how much hidden sugar is in Protein bars that are masked as healthy options .. You're better of still eating the snickers.. At least they taste good..

I did this exactly. Now its just a lifestyle change and I pretty much get all my carbs from fruit and veggies during the week with rice occasionally mixed in. This leaves me available the night before a long weekend run to eat my hearts desire in rice/pasta/bread/cereal.

how?

because
quote:

Carbs, Sugars, & Oils make us sick & addicted

these do not make you fat nor sick nor are they really addictive

any insistence that they do means you have a complete lack of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and you are being sold something by a snake oil salesman

1) carbs dont make you fat. we have decades of data, multiple meta analysis and at least 2 dozen extremely controlled studies that show that once calories and protein are equated...where the rest of the calories come from dont matter very much in terms of body fat loss. until you are below max 12% none of that shite matters. every single study done shows the laws of thermodynamics are still in play

and i say that as someone that does IF and Keto. there is nothing special about it. just a way to control caloires

2) we have studies showing the so called evil seed oils use actually lower cholesterol and show a lowering of all cause mortality. again somehting that fricking doesnt matter

super gut/wheat belly bullshite is at best an intolerance of that food. sure some foods cause issues for some people. if i eat whatever i want carb wise, i get gas like a MOFO and its why i stick to pretty much only white rice or potatoes 90% of the time if i am eating carbs. its just a food intolerance, doesnt mean its some super deep "super gut" or "wheat belly"

cutting carbs is not going to fix your issue. any weight you lose is not due to cutting the carbs, its from cutting calories and eating non-processed foods that are highly satiating. the cutting of a whole macro group out is causing you to eat less

imagine that.

look unless you are below 15% on a dexa while at a FFMI of say 22.....then stop worrying about this shite. just hit your calorie goal while eating 1-1.25g protein per lbs of bodyweight and then eat the rest of the calories with whatever the frick you want that makes you feel good and allows you to stay compliant.

then lift 2-4x per week, walk 8k steps and do some hard conditioning 2x per week. STOP OVER COMPLICATING THINGS!!
