2020 Trump voters supporting Harris

I know at least a dozen people who supported 2020 Biden, who publicly say they will not vote Democrat.
I know of zero who were pro trump and are now Harris supporters.
One baw hates Trump now, but concedes he'll vote for him.
I assume it's this way everywhere.
How TF can Harris be close?

Why would you assume a personal anecdote involving 20 ish people (probably mostly local) would apply to 1/3 of a billion people across the country?

I refuse to believe she is

My mother-in-law who is a registered Democrat, retired government worker, fully vaxxed, voted Republican once in her life and that was for DJT in 2016. In 2020 she voted for Biden. Today she says she is going to vote for DJT again.
That's my political weather vane.

I also know no one who voted for Trump last time that will vote for Kamala. I know a baker’s dozen or more that voted for Biden last time that are voting for Trump now. I don’t see how she can possibly gain any voters save for those who were too young to vote and voters who have died in the past four years.

She’s not close, they are going to try to steal it again.

Look, Trump is a huge a-hole. I don't think many people argue that. He is the right person for the job of president at this moment in history, though. There is zero doubt in my mind about that.
I'll be voting for the same man for president for a third time - and proudly.

Do you suspect Kamala will be pulling a lot of 2020 Trump voters her way?

Spoiler Alert: She's not.
You must turn off your television.

I can easily see it being a dam close race outside of the SEC. Yankees are weird and the west coast is the worst coast.

Ballot harvesters voting on behalf of illegal immigrants that are registered and currently being registered. There are approximately 9 million. That is the number across the swing states that the Trump team has to overcome by making it too big to rig.

They had Covid or took the vaccine?

I think very few voters from either dem or rep are flipping. And whoever is, it’s in such low numbers it’s inconsequential.
People love these stories because it gives them hope and makes them feel good, which is why they seem to remember the very few times it happens and tune out the rest of the evidence to the contrary.
This election is about turnout for both parties, not changing anyone’s mind. We’re all way way way too polarized.

I've voted once for who I liked, and he turned out to be the worst thing to happen to this country. 4 years later, I couldn't get to the polls fast enough to vote for the other guy, which I never liked and would've done a slightly less horrible job then black Jesus.

Population changes
since 2016 we have had 8 years of old people who vote republican dying and 8 years of morons being born into this world to vote for Camel.

This actually seems very realistic way to look at it.
Trump will have the most votes he has had in 3 elections. A chunk of voters will swing back right after the last 4 years and Trump is making inroads with minorities.
Meanwhile the 81 million votes side cannot be a motivated as last time due to covid and the results of the last 3 years. But sadly they might be close due to 4 factors: identity politics for the candidate, abortion, the msm bias, and TDS.
Notice that none of those are actually real issues besides abortion and that's a states matter now.
It's just gonna be who can get the turnout in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin. It's going to be close.

I could imagine there are some that turned away from Trump after Jan 6 but these weren't his strongest supporters
